Rules & Regulations

These rules exist so that members can look for a life partner here in safety and with confidence. By creating an account you agree to follow them. Version 2026-09-17

1. Who may join

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be legally free to marry — not currently married, and not prohibited by law from marrying.
  • You must be joining for yourself. You may not create a profile on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts are removed.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not share, sell, rent or transfer your account to anyone else.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

3. Information you provide

  • Be truthful. Your age, marital status, height, education, profession, income and the details of your appearance must be accurate. Members make life-changing decisions based on what you write here.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, your intentions, or your circumstances.
  • Do not impersonate anyone else, and do not use another member's photographs as your own.
  • Profile descriptions must be your own words, not copied from another member.

4. Photographs

  • Upload only photographs of yourself, and only ones you have the right to use.
  • Your main profile photo must show your face clearly.
  • No photographs of other people, and no images of children.
  • No nudity, sexually suggestive images, or images of violence.
  • No photographs containing watermarks, advertising, logos or contact details.

5. How to treat other members

  • Be respectful. Members come from many backgrounds, communities and faiths.
  • An interest that is declined means no. Do not keep pressing.
  • Harassment is not tolerated. This includes unwanted repeated contact, abusive, threatening, obscene or discriminatory messages, and contacting someone after they have asked you to stop.
  • Do not publish or forward anything a member has shared with you privately — including photographs, messages, phone numbers or email addresses.

6. What you must not do

  • Do not use Kasade for commercial matchmaking, brokerage, dowry negotiation, or any other business activity.
  • Do not advertise, promote or solicit — including for money, goods, services, loans, investments or religious or political causes.
  • Do not ask other members for money, gifts or financial help, and do not offer them. Requests for money are a common sign of fraud — report them.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to.
  • Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-collect member information.
  • Do not upload viruses, malicious code, or anything designed to disrupt the site.

7. Privacy and confidentiality

  • Your full name is never shown publicly; other members see your first name and your profile code.
  • Your contact details are not published on your profile. Share them only when you are ready, and only with someone you trust.
  • Members' details are for finding a partner — not for any other purpose.

8. Review and moderation

  • Every profile is reviewed by an administrator before it becomes visible.
  • We may edit, reject or remove any profile, photograph or message that breaks these rules. Where a profile is rejected, the reason is shown to the member so it can be corrected and resubmitted.

9. Suspension and removal

  • We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules, or that we reasonably believe puts other members at risk.
  • Serious matters — harassment, fraud, impersonation, or anything illegal — may be reported to the authorities.
  • You may close your own account at any time by contacting us.

10. Fees

  • Registration and browsing are free. If we introduce paid features in future, they will be described clearly before you are asked to pay for anything.

11. Changes to these rules

  • We may update these rules as the service develops. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the version date at the top of this page will change.

12. Reporting a problem

  • If another member breaks these rules, please report it to us rather than responding in kind. Include the profile code and what happened.
  • We take reports seriously and review each one.

These are Kasade's community rules. They describe how members are expected to behave and what we may do if they do not — they are not legal terms of service.
